We encourage clients to engage in private discussions with our Clinician during consultations, enabling them to freely express any concerns they may have.
However, clients have the right to request the presence of a chaperone during consultations, examinations, or procedures if they prefer. Kindly inform us or your clinician of your preference.
Irrespective of the patient’s or clinician’s gender, the option for an impartial observer (chaperone) during intimate examinations is available.
The Verve Team will:
– Respect your dignity and confidentiality with sensitivity
– Offer reassurance when needed
– Demonstrate knowledge of the procedures involved
– Remain present throughout the examination, if feasible, to observe the clinician’s actions
– Address any concerns regarding the clinician’s conduct if they arise
Additionally, the clinician may require a chaperone’s presence during specific consultations in alignment with our chaperone policy.
