NucleoFILL is a preparation for deep skin renewal and bio-restructuring. This innovative treatment works on three levels: lifting, antioxidation and hydration.

This scientifically proven method of skin bio stimulation contains polynucleotides that stimulate the skin to rebuild in a three-way mechanism.

The first action is the receptors on fibroblasts in the skin, which transform into myofibroblasts. The process of the production of type I collagen and elastin is stimulated, which causes the skin to thicken and lift. The second mechanism is the “scavenging” of free radicals and antioxidant activity. The third is by way of Polynucleotides which bind water and ensure long-term iso-osmotic hydration of the extracellular matrix. As a result, the skin becomes moisturized and supple.

Nucleofill is a relatively new bio-stimulator for skin rejuvenation and protection. As an anti-ageing treatment, it is designed to help cells retain water, improve skin elasticity and tightness, and aid in the prevention of wrinkles. Unlike Profhilo, Nucleofill offers various products for specific concerns and, as well as skin regeneration, there are also options for the neck, eyes, and even the scalp to stimulate hair growth.

The way in which Nucleofill differs from familiar injectables such as Profhilo is that it’s a bio-stimulant gel, rather than hyaluronic acid.
